Missing Hair?

Hello,

I bought this game a while back but recently installed it to begin playing. I noticed at the beginning of the game that Geralt's hair looked a bit different in comparison to the Witcher 2. Basically, it looked like he had a buzz cut and a ponytail. Odd I thought but whatever, the gameplay/writing is really fun. Fast forward 6 hours then I see a barber shop and decide to change my hairstyle. Mind you I have all the free DLC but when I choose a haircut, I basically have a buzz cut with single strands of hair flowing out.

I know this is some sort of bug but how do I have fix this? I play this game on High settings with an AMD card and I also got Geralt's haircut in the city where you need a pass (cannot remember the name, sorry). Any help is appreciated, thanks!
