New Game + is broken

It doesn't work I completed the game twice . i did a got the prompt of unlocking the New Game + saved afterwards while in the kaer morhen but no matter what i did it doesn't start the new games + by saying "game not completed in this save".

You said you completed the game twice. Was that 2nd playthrough already a ng+ one? If so you can't start a ng+ game on a ng+ save. You need a save from a normal completed game to start a ng+ game with it.

No man i completed twice like i i played entire new game and and ever removed the old save file so it won't hinder but its still the issue

It's probably enabled on the additional content section since you get the ng+ unlocked message so last thing I can think of is to verify files through steam or reinstalling the game.

i do have the same Problem, 3rd time i went trough, but now the same Problem..
