Geralt is pixellated in Inventory, title screen is blurry

As the title suggests, Geralt is extremely pixellated in the Inventory, and the Title Screen looks so blurry as if it was extremely downscaled: https://imgur.com/a/amVHGYH

All settings maxed out, including RT. 4k resolution. HDR on. DLSS set on Quality.

Ryzen 9 5950x / RTX 4080 Super

Anyone experienced anything like that?

No, but u need HDMI 2.0 or higher or DisplayPort 1,4 for HDR.
HDMI cant carry the info needed for HDR.

Have u tried turning off the HDR an see how it looks?

mine is just very blurry in main menu

Yes, I have all stock cables.

Turned off HDR, doesn't affect the issues mentioned.

Also does not affect. Tried turning off DLSS, Frame Generation, RT, HDR, tried verifying Steam files, nothing helps. Strange issue.

This is a normal bug for everyone, it's due to DLSS, switch to TAUU or Xess/FSR if you want upscaling.
Anyway you should never play the DX12 version of this game it reduces performance by 40% and stutters.
