English Audio How to change it

I used to play the in french, now I reinstalled it and I have french texts and english audio. I can't switch anyhow audio to french.
1.I changed language of Steam and reinstalled Witcher 3 but nothing changed.
2.I have not any option in the game about language.
If someone knows how to switch audio language, tell me please. ;3

Man, I choose french in properties and it changes only texts. Audio stays in english.

This worked for me.
I closed Witcher 3, then edited the user.settings file in MyDocuments\The Witcher 3 (by default it is %HOMEPATH%\Documents\The Witcher 3) and changed the value of SpeechLanguage. It was set to EN, although I changed the language in the Steam properties.

I have this same problem and I can't fix, I've tried with many options but any helps
