Potion of Clearance

Any way to get a potion of clearance besides from Keira Metz? Since I no longer have access to her for the time being. Or am I just screwed in that regard for the next several hours until I find another high level herbalist or whomever sells those?

It's in novigrad. Right by the barbershop. The guy who sells it also sells the items for a sidequest called Arenas' manor or something. And yes, if you wait a day he restocks.

I don't think there is a recipe. The potion restocks almost immediately after you buy it from the merchant that sells it.
