Missing DLC "beard and hairstyle"
when trying to play the game for the 5th time today after annoying freezing i get this ♥♥♥♥

You dont actually have it installed. Notice under state is says Not installed? Not sure how to force it to install, maybe try closing and reopening steam. Mine auto downloaded it when I opened steam this morning. About 33 MB

wow im a noob.. but i've been playing witcher 3 without it but why it tells me now

I'm 40 hours in and can't load my save. Steam store lists the Hair and Beard DLC already "In Library". Properties>DLC says "You currently have no downloadable content for this product". Verifying game content does nothing.

Really sad right now, not sure how this can be fixed without action from Steam.

Installed to my desktop last night but not my laptop. Now can't access save on my laptop. For me the little box is checked but the yennefer & miners dlc is "not installed". Store page says it's installed. Stuck and can't access my save file on the laptop. The simple ability to reinstall these two dlc would fix my problem. Tried exit & restarting steam but that does nothing. Any ideas?

Some have said it can be done via the browser? How do I do that?

This seems to work for some people, but not for me :((. Hopefully it'll help you.

Type these into your browser and install each missing DLC via the store "INSTALL" button.
Each one is a direct install link for the first 4 DLCs, They should open up an install prompt in steam.
steam://install/370000
steam://install/370001
steam://install/370002
steam://install/370003

Unfortunately, my install button looks like this and pressing it only opens the game, doesn't install the DLC: http://imgur.com/mJXI5eI

Do I put these into a web browser or the steam web browser. The steam one can only be accessed in game.

I used firefox and the INSTALL GAME button gives you a prompt to open the link in steam, then the DLC is installed in Steam. Success!

FIXED: On the library page where the DLC boxes are checked you have to UNCHECK the boxes from the DLC that are not installed then restart steam. Then RECHECK the boxes of the DLC that are still not installed and restart steam a second time to get them to queue for download. Figured it out by trial and error and I'm back into my save file!

I done it in IE perhaps it doesn't work correctly with other Browser as IE because Steam uses the IE Engine internally... Also putting those in IE then leads to two security popups because IE then somehow uses SteamAPI directly to open those Links... So that's probably why the uppen Variant of links only works in IE, but i dunno 100%...
