Notice boards not giving quests?

When i go to a notice board its full of posts, but even if i take them all i only get one mission or some times noe at all. Am i missing some thing?

Yeah I was wondering that myself...I picked up 6 notices but only ended up with a couple of quest?

Not every note is a mission. Some notes are just common information. You can take any note so you don't have to remember them.

Most messages give you information, where to find the quest, check your map for question marks.

I may be wrong, but I don't think all notices are supposed to give quests. I've seen new notices appearing on the board after a short period of time, and none of them gave quests.

Ah ok that makes sense...I did notice I had a ton of ? on my map after reading the notes.
