how did u activate the mods then?
I saw it in video and i am a developer and i can tell you that this part was done very poorly.
Agreed....absolutely abysmal foliage/vegetation.
looks like some animations plays too fast. even npc´s do this. it looks like playing fast forward a movie... this completly destroy the immersion of this world :/ PLEASE FIX THIS or someone try to edit ini things.
The wind is a cool feature but the pulsating of the trees not so much. Another game that did this poorly and in similar fashion was Gothic 4 (not done by the original Gothic developer). Same problem there. Wild trees and leaves pulsating.

Also need way more transparency in grass. Right now in certain areas it looks like opaque tufts of hair sticking out of the ground.

Please lvl 1, tell us more about your infinitesimal knowledge regarding game programming. I'm sure the noobs at CDPR would love to hear your wisdom.

It doesn't take a genius to understand when a feature is poorly implemented. In the end if it doesn't look good to the end user...it isn't good. And since you don't know if said person is a dev or not (and there are a lot of devs on here) you might be cautious about who you call lvl 1 since you know nothing about them.

Yes, you are right. I need to take great heed. I should likely consume a few potions and ask around to see if the locals know anything about game developers, while I'm at it.
My comment was made in jest, but nice job constructing a loose rebuttal
LOL. Nicely played.

This have to do with the way they did vertex painting for the wind to affect the red channel and if you have very low poly then the movement between each vertices lead to that pulsating weird looking.

And by the way being a triple AAA studio doesn't grant you with the best knowledge around.
