I guess it should be better, than i3 in case of overclocking.

i would do it if i could mate but my mobo doesnt allow overclocking so yeah 2.5 its not bad but its not awesome either i will just have to endure it i will buy a new pc in some time in the future but for now if i cant play witcher 3 even on low i will just continue to enjoy cs go mortal kombat x bf4 dayz and gta v i can play those titles fine

It will be bottleneck your cpu for sure. what is your graphic card ?

game runs fine on my old Q6600 core 2 quad @ stock speed with 8 gig of DDR2 /800 and a GTX960
