spoilers she is not their biological daughter but geralt and yeneffer raised her as their own

Ciri is the granddaughter of Queen Calanthe who killed herself during the siege for Cintra. Geralt was supposed to collect payment from her Father but he didn't know it would actually be Ciri. He then let her be raised by her grandmother until she wasn't an infant, by that time the siege for Cintra had happened and Geralt went to retrieve Ciri to make sure she's safe. You will later on find out why she is so important during your time with the game. Hope this helped!

Due to mutations they were subjected to as children, witchers in general are sterile. This answers any question like "is X a child of [any witcher]".
