Zerrikanian Saddle
This is supposed to be the best saddle in the game. Anyone knows where I can buy it?

Go to Skellig, do the horse races there.

You can buy it several places in Novigrad.

Ya horse race is Skellige. You get it for free, it's really easy. There's two more as well and you get the blinders and bags.

And where exactly in Skellige do I get that quest?

I personally went straight to the starting line, didn't have to get the quest. Here it is though:

No prob... :)

After you do that, it will give you the quest and subsequently the locations for the other two races btw.
