now or never quest wont unlock

i done the quest matter of life and death and i kissed triss in the maze, but after the cut scene in the stables the quest wont pop up

It won't unlock imediately if you haven't progressed much in the main story that is in Novigrad, when you unlock it, messenger will come to you with letter from Triss.

Got it after completing Get Junior quest

No problem Jelly ! You would get the quest no matter what, its actually vital to one main quest at one point
