Dragonslayer's Grotto - Monster Den (Can't Seem to clear)

I have scoured the forums and google trying to see if anyone else had this issue, but no luck. Basically, I have cleared out Dragonslayer's Grotto. Everything I could find. However, the "Monster Den" icon with the skull next to it, is still white. I cannot see or sense any enemies what so ever anymore. Anyone having the same issue or found out what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

By chance I just visited that place to get the Griffin armor diagrams.

Just checked and it's now grey on my map so there's something there you missed, sorry but I can't guess what it was.

Hmm we at least we know it isn't bugged, just something I am missing. I will spend some time on it later, thanks Kalil.

I think it's the back wall after the vampire you find there. It has some icon on it when you look at it with your witcher sense but I don't know what it wants me to do. I tried using all kinds of things on it, but I have no idea what the icon means.

It's not that because I already revealed that wall. You get an item after doing a main quest for a sorceress that will reveal walls like that. It's just another exit. However, I do not recall ever seeing a vampire.... Do I need to go there at night?

The Ekimarra is a vampire and surely you met him?

Just thinking - there's two walls you can blow through with aard, not sure if there's something behind one wall but not the other..

Edit: and another passage on the other side from the breakable walls, quite a lot of stuff in there.
