Gwent- Not getting anything from the merchant in Blandare on Skellige Isle

I have always gotten one card from each merchant that i have never played before but with the mercant in Blandare I play him and beat him for the first time and i literally get nothing from him. I have reloaded my save several times and still get nothing. Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know how I can fix it?

That does not help me like I said I have no where near all the cards.

There are multiple Types of Cards, some can only buyed, some can only won at random and some can only be won from specific NPC's...

If you play against normal Merchant's, Blacksmith's, Barber's,... you get one from the random Pool... If suddenly you get only crowns but nothing else from them, the Random Pool is exhausted, i had the same happen just before i got the Achievement, i played and won against 6+ of them in Skellig and got nothing but crowns...

I now know that If that happens, it means you exhausted the Random Pool and you have all Cards that are earned randomly...

If you then still need more Cards, then you miss some that can be buyed only or some of the Special ones that can only be won from special NPC's (the ones that have yellow Text for playing Gwent)...
