Report a translation problem
Some have noted that the game deliberately keeps things in the distance rendered low in order to increase performance, the same goes for the pop in. So if your pc/gpu is struggling with the game then that might be causing it. In the nvidia settings change these ->manage 3d settings ->programs settings-> witcher 3-> Opengl rendering gpu ->choose your graphics card if it's faster.

Ani sample op- off
Neg Lod bias- allow
Tex filtering quality-Quality
Trilinear Op- On
Triple buffering-Off
