Auto-Disappearing HUD?

My equipment and Witcher Medallion/Health Bar HUD keeps disappearing but reappears if I use an item or jump...it is very annoying. Anyone else has that problem?

Its completely normal. Inside combat, its shown, outside of combat it hides.

I have the same problem, even in combat sometimes. Heck sometimes it disappears at the start of combat. If that happens I just go to the hud configuration page then go back to the game and it fixes itself.

For me it never fixes itself. I start completely fixed from a working savegame, but when I go towards the Abandoned Village for the Devil by the Well contract...suddenly at a very random time the HUD becomes disappearing. At every jump it reappears and if I use an item, item HUD appears....this is getting very annoying.

That's because you're using stamina or items that affects your character. It shows you the effect when you use a potion. And if you jump or run fast, it will show you the stamina bar depleting (it takes 2-3 seconds before the stamina bar starts depleting, it will show anyway). That's why.

You can remove the HUD bar, not sur if there's a way to keep it all the time though.

The problem is it started fixed from the time of Kaer Morhen and I have done a few quick quests such as Twisted Firestarter...and now it abrubtly switches to auto-hide mode.

Found the issue now, apparently when the character is at full health the HUD tends to disappear. I guess I was worried for nothing.

wrong again. just got hit by an endrega warrior 5 times in a row without the health bar showing up once

see the poison indictor above indicating i was hit? but no health bar...the health finally showed after i died ROFL!!!!

Huh...well being slightly damaged solved the issue for me in the moment....man this is really weird.

Its not the Home but. That hides the ENTIRE hud.

The only explanation I have for this particular issue is that the game does this when you have full health and adrenaline.
