Passing turn means you are done placing cards for that round entirely.
AI could do it probably because your opponent was using a leader that has a free turn pass special ability.
What really needs to happen is that the developers really need to re-write what the cards and mechanics do as some are very misleading - such as Decoy. It does not tell you that the card withdrawn from the wield is lost from your hand when the round is won.
It's like you're lying, but that's not possible on steam forums.
Yeah, I really dislike the Nilfgardian opponents who have so many opprotunities to play spys against you when it seems so many of their units have the healer indicator. -stares at Auxillary Archers- My worst match was between the AI and myself, we played a total of 14 spys, over half of them were the same ones being played over and over again through use of Decoy/Healers/Special Abilitys.
As for Decoy'd cards, they definitely stay in your hand at the end of a round. It's a good tactic that I have used many times.
No offence, but I'm guessing that either your game is totally bugging out in a unique way, or you are simply not paying attention durinf Gwent matches.
