How to skip or pass a single turn without immediately losing a round in Gwent??
Everytime i want to pass a single turn by pressing Y of my controller, it declares i lost the whole round. I JUST WANT TO SKIP A Single TURN ・・・・・・the pc opponent can do it. Is it a must for me to consume 1 card every turn?? or a special card is needed in order to pass a songle turn???

I just click on the pass button on the left
You should only pass a turn when you are sure you're gonna win or have no chance at winning.
Passing turn means you are done placing cards for that round entirely.

AI could do it probably because your opponent was using a leader that has a free turn pass special ability.

No, the pass mechanic is a lie. Only the AI is allowed to pass a single turn: however, if they pass a turn and you have a higher count, you will still win the round. Gwent is poorly unbalanced unless you can manage to win a lot of heroes. Once you get 5-6 heroes in your deck, just play around and remove as many cards as possible to increase the chance of getting them in your hand, try and make the AI play most of their cards and then GG

No, but I've played almost every Gwent match possible and the AI does use questionable tactics and mechanics that when you read what it should do, it doesn't do it or it does in a very loose sense.

What really needs to happen is that the developers really need to re-write what the cards and mechanics do as some are very misleading - such as Decoy. It does not tell you that the card withdrawn from the wield is lost from your hand when the round is won.

It's like you're lying, but that's not possible on steam forums.

You can't pass a turn. You must play a card or leader ability every turn. Once you get kewl cards you will have too many cards in your hand thanks to spies and decoys

I'm only missing four Gwent matches and then I have all the achievements for Gwent. So yes, I've essentially seen almost everything the AI has done and also because unless you use a trainer for Gold, it's one of the most effective ways to easily farm currency as some opponents allow a stake of 100 and if you're in the Tournament, you can win back 1,000 if you re-challenge someone you already beat without finishing it.

Yeah, I really dislike the Nilfgardian opponents who have so many opprotunities to play spys against you when it seems so many of their units have the healer indicator. -stares at Auxillary Archers- My worst match was between the AI and myself, we played a total of 14 spys, over half of them were the same ones being played over and over again through use of Decoy/Healers/Special Abilitys.

I've never seen the AI declare a pass and throw cards afterwards. Ever. I have seen it throw out pointless cards like clear wheather when there's no active weather, only to jump on me with a 15 hero card afterwards. But every time the AI declares a pass, it's the exact same thing that happens if I pass, whoever has the higher count wins. Unless of course he's playing nilfgaard, in which case he'll also win ties.

You are incorrect about the AI being able to pass single turns. It simply doesn't happen.

As for Decoy'd cards, they definitely stay in your hand at the end of a round. It's a good tactic that I have used many times.

No offence, but I'm guessing that either your game is totally bugging out in a unique way, or you are simply not paying attention durinf Gwent matches.

Don't ever pass unless you want to lose. That's what I've learned.
