Where is the bank in Novigrad located?

Ya you will see a Dwarf standing inside a buidling, and the sign will pretty much clue you in about a bank. Just looking at the map though, he only has a regular merchant symbol IIRC.

Yeah the regular merchant symbol threw me off really bad, so they included a specific icon for the one and only barber in the game, but the bank, an arguably more important building, is marked as a useless "ive got a sandwich and 3 rocks" merchant

Yeah, its nothing like half or anything, but it seems like I constantly run into merchants with that symbol selling pretty much literal garbage. I basically check them for gwent cards, then move on.

I always try to take every crown they have if possible. Most of the time though, they offer WAY lower than anything is worth, or everything you want to sell is "red'd" out. It's horrible, they literally are worthless. Unless of course you need an empty bottle and a smoking pipe and a broken rake.

They could have at least made them play Gwent.
