Fast travel on boat? HOW ?
loading hint tells that there is way to fast travel on boat via map. Any step guide ?

Sit in the boat like you're going to sail it. Open your world map, click one of the anchor icons that indicate a harbor.

From what I can tell, that feature only applies to Skellige Isles also.

once you are in a boat go to the map and look for anchor icons but i think they work like the sign posts where you have to discover them first

No not just Skellige. You can fast travel from anywhere to anywhere. As long as you see the anchor symbol on your map while driving the boat.

You probably have to find them I guess? You can fast travel to most places that have boats.

There are maybe 10 of them, keep in mind that they are invisible on the map unless you sit on a boat. And of course you must discover them 1st.

Nogigrade/ Velen only have like 3 I think
