Are "Relic" items unique?
Like i'm finding swords and items that are "relec" tier, but they're weighing me down, and i'm not sure if I should sell them or something.

they are the highest rarity. But you will get alot of them so just dismantle them when you dont need.

The only reason it matters is if you want to break them down for higher quality components. The more rare the weapon, the higher grade the ore, etc. If you don't care about that, then you just want to equip the highest stats possible, with the best buffs for your playstyle, and sell the rest.

end game you would probably want to go for green set (griffin, feline or ursine) they are OP

I got multiple Copies with different Levels of those "Relics" seems that the Pool is very limited, almost got 2-3 of every existing Relic Sword, but the Witcher Gear still beats all of them, so for me at least, thy are not really usefull and a bit more Variations would be nice... ;)

Some may be unique, others are not, overall there is no need to keep items of low level except witcher sets you want to upgrade later.

The color basically determines quality like in mmos:
common (white) < masterful (blue) < magic (yellow) < relic (orange)
Which means that an orange sword will do more damage than a blue sword of the same level.
There are also witcher sets which are green and have varied stats, usually as good as orange or yellow or even better.
