Scavenger Hunt: Griffon School Gear

I'm in the grave, and I just killed an Ekimmara, and I found 4 of the 6 blueprints in a loot container. Where are the other 2?

other places. Ones in a light house you have to swim to get in to and then beat a wyvern. The other I don't really remember.

But, the quest says that there are 6 blueprints in this grave, and I have 4/6

They should either show up on the map. It might say to read the book you just found that will show them on the map.

I remember having to read a journal/book that was found with one of the items,

I already did. I am in the grave of some witcher, the first part of this quest said "Examin the witcher blahblah's grave." ANd now, it says "Find all the diagrams of the Griffon School witcher gear 4/6"

Also, I don't know if this matters, but at the end of the cave, there's an illusory wall, and behind it, is the exit, with a cow carcass that has a red aura around it when looking with the witcher senses. Anything about that important?

Just google "Witcher 3 Griffon School armor set" if you can't figure it out.

You should have picked up a note as well. Read it and you get a scavenger quest.

Aye, BDK got it on the nail.
The treasure hunts for the three school sets work via separate stage quests (stage 1,2,3 for example), and these quests are usually started by buying the appropriate map from a merchant or smith. Within each quest it can send you to different places. For example, go to cave, find 2 diagrams and a note or a book. Open your inventory and read that item - doing so will update the quest and give you the next marker location.

Oh and keep the griffin armor around, you can upgrade that stuff including the swords.

I just took a look at a 'guide.' Turns out, I'm at the final part of the quest, and I should have found the sword diagrams already. I have the armor diagrams now, so I need to just keep searching for the maps and such. xD

OK How the hell do you get into the damn fortress by the light house near Velen? The draw bridge is up, and there is no way to get to it from the water. I swam around the stupid thing getting attacked by drowners but I didn't find a way in.

Keep searching! There’s an entrance very closer to where the drowners are.

1st sword diagram is at Lornruk lighthouse. Move north from Blackbough or Heatherton, past the harpy feeding grounds. You will have to jump in the water as there is a cave entrance underneath the place of power which gets you into the lighthouse.
2nd diagram is at Black Hind north from Hanged Mans Tree directly on the Pontar. Its and old decrepit castle infested with harpies and endregas

As I recall you can buy the maps for them in Blackbough from the merchant and blacksmith
