Barber in Oxenfurt?
How do I get into Oxenfurt for the barber? I have the You Shall Not Pass quest...but I have no idea how to get in.

No spoilers please.

You could try to sneak in via the river.

Alternately, there are a few quests that grant you a pass to enter Novigrad/Oxenfurt. The main quest will generally direct you towars them, but you can do those quests whenever you like.
