Herp derp. You are gamer. Gamer should know what v-sync does. Gamer is kind. Gamer is smart. Gamer is important.

Up to you. If you're struggling for FPS then leave it off but if you're getting over 60FPS turn V-Sync on.

it depends do you care about screen tearing? - if yes then leave it on. if you dont then leave it off. personally i wouldnt turn it off ...screen tearing annoys the crap outa me

Turn it off. Do you get screen tearing? If yes, turn it on. Else, just enjoy the game.

I would leave it on. When I turned it off there was a lot of "tearing". It looks like a bunch of random invisible lines cuttining up the images on you tv or monitor.

the game looks horrible with v-sync off.

Turn V sync off in game and turn adaptive Vsync on in Nvidia control panel for Witcher 3. Best of both worlds.
Use RTSS and limit the frames. Run in borderless window. That way you loose no fps, and should not get any tearing.

off in game, adaptive in nvidia control panel, fullscreen.

Vsync on for me, cant stand tearing.

Borderless Window Mode is absolutely broken for me, the game stutters like mad, and enabling RTSS forces the game to run in BW Mode.. Fullscreen is miles better.

Depends on your monitor I can't notice tearing on my 144hz monitor on on a 60hz setup it's a must.

VSync always off, unless its Skyrim where the physics go crazy if your fps spikes.
