Not an English word, Clairoise was a saint and Beaut means someone who is beautiful.

Dijkstra say "Pardon my beautclairoise". I think it mean like, pardon my cursing because then he says "Did you find out who stole my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gold".

In french Beautclairoise would mean a woman inhabitant of a town name beautclaire. There is a town in france named Beauclair and the women there are called Beauclairoises.

Beautclairoise can be broken down into 3 words- Beaut (meaning Beautiful), Clair (name Claire) and Roise (meaning Rose).

So Beautclairoise means "She who is named Claire is Beautiful like a Rose".

Beauceclaire or however it is spelled is a prestigious wine in the game.

Roise would mean rose if it was an irish name. But as it is clearly of french roots, roise has nothing to do with rose meaning.

It would make sense to be a wine name cause we have a few wines names in france finishing by 'oise'.

In the books Beauclair is the capital of Toussaint. When Dijkstra says "Pardon my Beauclairoise, have you found who f-ing nicked my gold?" he is referring to their mannered speech. 'Pardon my French' basically.
