Passing in Gwent

So this is really pissing me off the entire time playing Gwent

My opponent can skip 1 round while when I want to pass 1 round, the game just thinks i'm passing for the rest of the match and the opponent can play like 3 cards after eachother without a problem.

Anyone have this?

When you pass, you pass for the entire round. This applies to both you and the AI.

Once you pass you can't play any more cards for that entire round.

Not sure of the problem. You have to do something during a turn, unless you pass, which means you aren't going to do anything else the rest of that cycle. So you have to play a card, or use an ability or do *something*, unless you are giving up that round. If you "pass", it means you don't want to do anything else, and your opponent can do 10 things if they want, but only for that round. After someone wins the round, you should be able to do stuff again.

you aren't passing that turn. your passing the round. took one match for me to get it.

I think you are seeing the AI using his leader talent which looks at three of your cards or takes a card from your discard. There are no animations for this. The leader card flashes and the turn ends. So I think you are seeing this as a pass.

Actually, there are animations for both.

Viewing your cards, the leader card will pop to the front then go back to the upper left. It happens quickly so it's easy to miss.

Taking a card from your discard pile, the leader card jumps to the middle of the screen then slides to the upper left while a card from your discard slides to the upper-center of the screen. This animation is also fast and easy to miss.

As for the OP, the AI is not passing a round and then playing more cards. When you or the AI passes a round, no more cards can be played by whoever passed until that round is completed.
