What happends if You don't kill her like i did in the begining? I did it by accident and now im wondering how the story changes, if you know, that is.

i came to terms with her and send her to Kahr Moer, the Witchercastle...but i cant find here there. dont know what happened to her

After you meet her in the tower, one of the decisions are to dont let her do that what she was doing, then you start a fight :)

At the tower in the haunted isles where you meet her near the end of her quest line. She needs to go back to the tower.

She was a hard fight tho. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ was she hard. Death March Metz is no joke.

she has a cutscene during the battle of kaer morhen where she saves Lambert, you won't find her until the battle. as she says to Geralt,
''Geralt: you arrived later than i expected''
''keira metz: at first i headed in the other direction but i changed my mind''
She does not say why either.

If you don't kill her and send her to kaer morhen with the mage alexanders notes, after the battle, she goes off with Lambert, does not say why.
though there is a little cut scene where Geralt talks and expalins and few things about lambert and keira metz going off Etc.
you also need her for the full Crew achievement.

You can also ♥♥♥♥ her and then later not let her do that, take the Notes and send her to Kaer Mohen without killing that's what i done. then at least she is in Kaer Mohen and you get that Trophy for collecting all in Kaer Mohen
