Place of Power (North of Rogne, Skellige)

I am doing a 100% run and the only thing missing are those two question marks north of the monster den near Rogne. I know that its a place of power - so far I've been able to find a fast travel post near the north coast. I also jumped into the cave from inside the monsters den but both entries are sealed and look like you need to teleport inside. I haven't found a energy stone to activate those portals either.
Any clues?

I'm in the same situation. I guess it's part of the mainquest because the enemies are from the wil hunt but lvl 31.

Yeah it is. I finished the game a couple of days ago.
Those ghosts are no problem if you use the Thunder Potion
