Who is stronger Geralt or Ciri?

In gameplay terms Ciri is invincible but in the story she lost against enemies Geralt won but they were weakened by her before so it makes me wonder who is stronger of the 2 of them?

Ciri just lost in the Story because she didnt have control of her powers, now she has, so Ciri is stronger by far.

With a sword Geralt is wayyyy better, but otherwise in magic and stuff Ciri is more powerful.
So if purely a melee fight Geralt would win, but if everything allowed Ciri might win. Generally Geralt if a lot more experienced than Ciri almost in all regards

--spoiler-- if you got the ending where Ciri became witcher, probably Ciri, because Geralt taught her everything he knew... but we will never know. .. also Ciri has one big problem, she always does things her way, it mostly is ok for her, but there would definetly be one time where she would fail with that ...

I haven't been far to the story but seeing Ciri dash like some saiyan I'm inclined to think she's stronger than Geralt. Actually during the times I played her she's doing more damage to monsters with a steel sword than Geralt does with a silver one so early game-wise she's stronger in my eyes.

I still didn't fight a single monster with Ciri, except for the werewolf where she used an oil

Ciris sword has a Silver mantel/layer on top of a steel core, simple hybrid.

Generally, storywise the most powerful entity is usually who the writer decides given the narrative moment. No way to determine who's stronger because it's always the will and intent of the writer, who usually bases itself on how he wants the narrative to proceed and not on general rules to determine who should prove stronger. Writing is not about calculations and estimations...especially fantasy. This stands too for games' narrative.

Gameplay wise there is calculation involved and also it's very hard to accurately control it. Even sometimes things look a bit unbalanced even only measuring Geralt against different monsters. Now, the way the game puts Ciri, being able to teleport as much as she wants and being able to enter in sort of "saiyan mode", I'd risk to say in gameplay world of TW3 Ciri is far more powerful because of how deadly is being proficient and very fast with a sword and capable of teleporting at will, not even needing to cast or make any sign and taking almost no time in doing it.
