Gremist gedyneith druid quest bugged?

There's this druid in the circle with a quest, however he won't speak to me? Meditating doesn't help either. Anyone else have this?

Cara, o que acontece é que antes de fazer a quest de Gwent, você deve fazer a quest de Alquimia com o Gremist. Pois até então, você não conhece ele, não tem como interagir com ele sem ter feito a quest de alquimia.

Ok, so I didn't have an issue obtaining the quest, though I will mention the druid, Yolar, seen talking to Gremish as you approach initially appears on the map as an exclamation mark - quest giver - but once he walks a short distance away, the exclamation point disappears. Since it still triggered a cut scene and gave me the quest, I didn't think much of it at the time.

I've finished the 3 quests for Gremish, waited the day for their "ritual", and have completed the quest line entirely ... all the while I'd been unable to interact or initiate any type of action with Yolar... no "[E] Talk" option, no nothing. I reasoned that after completing everything for Gremish, it would open up Gremish AND Yolar for bartering...

Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I'm able to buy from Gremish, but it seems Yolar must've been next to take a vow of silence after that 'Egill' douche... errr.. druid. Regardless, since Yolar was the original quest NPC, I'm willing to wager the "disappearing exclamation mark" is at least a good lead / hint to start debugging if one were to try to determine the cause of the issue.

I haven't exited the game and reloaded yet, so I may have just rambled on and on here for nothing and I'll be able to purchase ♥♥♥♥ from him tomorrow, but somehow... I'm a bit pessimistic about that outcome.

You have the quest marker on him, but you cant speak to him before you complete some previous quests.
