Gremist gedyneith druid quest bugged?

There's this druid in the circle with a quest, however he won't speak to me? Meditating doesn't help either. Anyone else have this?

If you talked to the other alchemist guy first, the quest marker stays forever without ever going away, same thing happened to me, it's a bug..

What other alchemist guy? The one that Geralt wishes to teach him alchemie? Because I saw the ! marker over that guy and didn't talk to anyone (except him once) and followed him til he sat down, then tried to talk to him.

When you first encounter him there will be another guy trying to become his apprentice, but he'd get rejected. You need to talk to this guy first.

Tried that, didn't work. I just progressed now.. and the yellow question mark remains.

I also have this bug and I already sent a ticket reporting it.
The support team said that they are investigating it, so we should expect a fix soon.

Thing is you can get this quest already in the Novigrad area at the Herbalist's Hut when asking for master recipes... so no way to speak to the wannabe apprentice before starting it.

I had this, too.

Fix was to continue with 'Lord of Undvik", go beat the giant, play through the massacre at the feast. The last part of this series of events takes you right next to the bug and you'll be free to play this quest before helping choose the next King.

Same quest is bugged for me, but in a different way.

I did all the steps in the quest except for first talking to one of the other two druids about where I could find a "master alchemist," and now I can't complete it.

Same issue, unable to start the quest, still says it's there and available.

Just another bug. You are expected to listen to a conversation and not talk to either before that. Who knew right? lol
