Likely, yes. The first thing modders work on is how to remove the clothes, rather than add new sets of them. Then come the public sex mods, you know, have sex with anyone or anything "Inb4 you get modded as yennefer and raped by wild dogs." And then we will likely see more story mods and armor/weapon sets.
