Place of power not appearing

Hello,

I found a place of power (I'm standing direct on top of it on the map) but it's nowhere to be found in the actual game. Is this a bug? Picture of the map: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=450677581

It's just regular terrain around this area.

It's part of the main quest for the area. It's underground along with one of the treasures if I'm thinking of the right spot.

If you look at your minimap there, you will notice small red arrow from place of power icon pointing down. That means that that place is at lower level of terrain than you are standing, so you can assume that there is a cave. Do you know that below terrain can be a cave, right? I hope if you see icon near house you dont go on roof and complain that there is nothing there too?

That one, yes it's in a cave. Just follow the mainquest with keira to get that one.
