Clothes actually get dirty!
Is there a way to get them washed? My armor is all rusted up.

yeah i noticed this too i thought repairing them got rid of the rust

No but wear some armor with steel plate on them. theyll rust up and cloth will get dirtier.

Clothes also get torn to shreds. I found a really good outfit early on so Geralt wore it for a long time. Repairing makes it look a bit better but there were still tears and loose pieces of cloth after having it repaired.

I see the poster and advertisment of a laundry somewhere in Novigrad anyone know where it is and can you actully get your clothes clean?

Lots of little subtle things going on in this game. Like when you run through water, only your boots get wet. I think its pretty awesome.

Or a sorceress opening a portal. The portal starts sucking in the surroundings, like wooden blanks, bottles, clothing and other trash. Looks really cool.

Have you tried entering the portal when Yen leaves for Skellige after the prologue? ;)

If I remeber correct.. we fall from somewhere above and he says thats why I hate portals
