Dancing Star and Enhanced Cat potion location?

Apparently I found it once somewhere, but then I had to reload a save few hours back because I had missed a few quests, and now I can't find it. Anyone knows where is was?

Also where is Dancing Star formula?

Most alchemy recipes you get from Herbalists or Alchemists.

As far as I remember, I looted this one from somewhere. Just can't remember from where. I vaguely recall a basement of a hut. :/

Regarding the Enhanced Cat formula I was in the same boat as you. I could only remember it was in north Velen. I eventually found it in an abandoned hut in the village of Mulbrydale. As you said, its in the basement.

I found a vast amount of alchemy recipes (As well as an alchemy quest start) at a herbalist's hut across the river and NE of Oxenfurt. There's a hut in the woods with its own fast travel post (Unoriginally named 'Herbalist's Hut' or somesuch), and there's a gnome inside. Talking to him can send you off to see a chap in Skellige to learn more recipes, and the gnome himself has about twenty for sale, including the first two levels of White Raffard's, iirc.

I got Enhanced Cat at the military outpost in the south-east of Velen. Central Camp or something.

I think I found at the same spot.

I think these formulas are randomized to some extent.

Can confirm found Enhanced Cat at the Mulbrydale abandoned hut basement. Seems to be fairly consistent there.
