It's extra ... Update graphics plus this (DLC)
They should be in theory, unless there will be some overhauls.
I'd bet all my money that the upgrade will either be a standalone title on Steam or an optional DLC.
This sounds Netflix sponsored update. I saw the first season of the Netflix series and in my humble opinion, its only redeeming features are Henry Cavill who is stellar, and special effects, the rest of (well most of) the cast are weak actors. Personally, I do not rate the Netflix series highly, and will skip this update's contents. I sure hope these looks and graphical changes are optional.
There's no f Henry Cavil skin, only his armor. It has been mentioned so many times
Also, why didn't you include graphical update in the list?
Well it's either that or it's a non-optional update that can be disabled in game, because otherwise they'd be foisting higher system requirements on tens of thousands of souls that still play The Witcher 3, which would be a profoundly dumb thing to do, and the last thing the developers need is yet more bad publicity.
