help locating shops in novigrad

how do i find the shop that sells armor in novigrad? all im finding is weaponsmith... been searching for some time now... i wish they made the icon shops appear permanently instead of finding it everytime.

I think a lot of stuff in novigrad is quest related and unlocks. I only recently entered myself and noticed a lack of stuff, but also noticed larger portions that were blocked off.

The armor smith in Novigrad has no quest related to him. His icon simply appears if you are within proximity. He is in one of the larger market areas towards the center of the city.

However the only two smiths you really need to use are Hattori for weapons in Novigrad and the one in Crow's Perch for armor. Both have quests linked to them.

i found the armor shop earlier, but i cant find it again because the icon shops keeps on dissapearing everytime i leave the place.

nevermind found it. i wish they just put permanent icon shops whenever u find it. it sucks that when u leave the vicinity the icon shops dissapears. and u need to find it again

BTW last question. where do u sell arrow ammo?? seems i cant sell it to anyone from weapon smith to armor smith and general merchants.
