Male ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s coughing violently.

Iam not sure if this is intentional or simply a voice glitch. But I've noticed plenty of male ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s coughing violently as if they have been smoking too much. It really seems out of place. Here's an example;

Not just the males... Go to novigrad and especially the poor townsfolk are constantly coughing

I can understand poor townsfolk coughing. Probably cold outside, freezing, being sick etc. But male worker boys in warm and cozy place, offering sex services... coughing as if they were just about to drown.

People were too busy with manual labor to be that cold in the Dark Ages. Aside from their feet which were always wet because of lack of leather soles. It was an agrarian society, no time to sit around shivering. The interiors of round houses were quite warm as well, with a hearth always burning in the middle.

The game is late medieval though. Could be a few cases of consumption or other such respiratory diseases as a result of people flocking to cities in droves.
