Shrieker Contract - Rest of the Cave?

Is it possible to get to the rest of the cave found after fighting the Cockatrice? I can't find the 2nd entrance, but it seems to be somewhere around the burned building.

That isn't really a part of your contract. Are you trying to get to where the Cockatrice was? I think you are just supposed to smoke him out and run him down.

There is a hole in the ceiling and a hole in the front. Neither of which give any loot except that chest near the dead Fiend.

Once you tossed the bomb you were meant to run out of the cave after the creature to kill it.

Right, I ran out and killed it.

But the cave indicator is still "white" (not greyed out) as if there is still loot in there. There is also some section of the map of the cave that seems inaccessible .

I think there is another entrance to find but I haven't gone back to explore there yet, it's on my very long to do list lol.

I'm wondering the same thing. I managed to get into the top of the burned down house, but all that was there was a fake hole leading down, it didn't actually lead into the cave, it was just a black textured crater. Not sure it's possible right now.

How the heck did you manage to get inside the ruins? I got close a few times, but could never make it all the way in. Glad I checked before I wasted too much time, would've been really pissed after all that...

You can jump up the wall along the East side of the building. It is easy to fall but do it right and you can get to the top, then carefully slide your way down to the middle.

has to be something down there...witcher sight picks up a candle you can light down there...just cant figure how to get there

I got up there, on the left side of the ledge you can do some jumping mechanics to get up on the ledge. Then you have to pass a lovely invisible wall. There are two explosive barrels up there. The rest is just a circular room with nothing. You can see something up one side that looks like a hole to another room but there is no way to jump that high.

The hole looks like you can see the foundation of the burned ruins so it is just the stone going into the ground when they placed it in the game. I went into the middle of the ruins up top and got stuck so there isn't anything up here. Just buggy places and a lovely place to get stuck in.

Any progress on this? I hate having the cave icon still be 'white', I like to grey out all the locations I go to.. it's a bit of a completionist/OCD thing.. would really like to know what you have to do to 'complete' this location.. whether it's finding a second entrace to get to the rest of the cave, or finding some hidden loot somewhere

Jump up the left wall until you hang from the ledge, then climb up. Took a few tries. There's nothing up here. The cave icon is still white. http://imgur.com/nZJ5Qem
