Unable to launch the game, missing .dll(even after reinstall)
So, I've clocked in 44 hours, and as of yesterday(before patch) I can't launch the game anymore. I click play on steam, and my profile picture goes yellow for a sec, as it does when you launch a game, and then it turns blue. The "launching tw3.." comes up on steam, but closes after a second. I've verified the game cache, restarted steam, the pc, reinstalled game etc.

At a loss here.

Running the game through x64/bin in steamapps folder gives me the error: "System error: The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer". This error persists after reinstalling the game.

Google it and download the dll file from the microsoft website, then place the dll in the system32 folder. Should be good after that.
But some have done this to no avail so no promises.

Go to the main folder of the game, then _CommonRedist > vcredist > 2012 and launch the .exe inside.
The x64 is for a 64bit system and the x86 for 32bit.
If it is already installed, go with the "repair" option.

fyi, you should install BOTH, the game requires 64bit OS, so why did they include the x86? because its still needed (this supports some legacy functions that are still used in 64bit).
