Yeah I'm wondering as well, can you romance both, and get away with it? I mean Yennefer figured out the first time that you were with Triss, what's stopping you the second time? Or are things just really isolated and nobody seems to notice?

According to what I know, only triss/yen can possible have a romantic conflict. Romancing anyone else appears to not affect anything. Case in point I slept with Keira yet am having no issues with Triss.

Keira is just a side piece and doing her wont affect the main story. She's like a side quest storyline, Understand?

i slept with everyone and had np effect. this aint mass effect

There is an conflict between triss and yen that happens if you do both of their side quests and tell them both you love them.

They wake you up in the middle of the night and say they thought it over and since you will be fighting the wild hunt soon, they decided to forget about it, and they tell you to go to the tavern later with some wine. They hint it like you're going to be getting a threesome, but they actually end up chaining you to a bed, drinking the wine and leaving you there all night. Dandelion then comes in and basically said you deserved it and then unlocks the chains.
