I had it, but now its not available anymore in the alchemy tab
1) Verify integrity of files. (One file missing and uploaded.)
2) Open the Alchemy Tab and scroll all the way to the bottom.
3) Press "F" for filter and click all the boxes on. (Yes all, including "Already crafted")
4) Chort Lure was then available to craft
Hope that helps.
The recipe was shown as "picked up", but was no where to find. This is bullsh*t.
Easiest solution, if you have the console enabled this said, is to simply bypass the bad coding of C(annot)D(eliver)P(roper)R(elease) with this code:
additem('mh107_czart_lure 1')
Done. The item will show up under the quest items tab inside the inventory menu.
