A Doctor Who reference?
So, if you go to the cemetery east of Lindenvale, you'll find two angel statues in front of the building there. Walk inside and then look back out and they'll be in different positions, facing you. They'll keep still, but will face you if you look away(with the camera, not Geralt) or if line of sight is broken(by moving behind the building), resembling the weeping angels from Doctor Who.

I honestly was not expecting a Doctor Who reference in this game.

There's a few pop culture references in the game. I think one guy was singing singing in the rain. There was a couple others at least.

I think i found a Monty Python reference. Can't remember where it was but it was near a village where a old man asks you to get something or kill something for a reason i forgot. Then you walk like 100 steps and you will find a cave entrance with a lot of bones and a white bunny.

I don't remember where, but there is also Monty Pythons Holy Grail chalice... and I think that I heard Geralt speak part of the lyrics from the song Bargain by The Who...;)

Then there is also Zed from Pulp Fiction. "Where is Zed?"... "Zed's dead...."

and this:
