Rubedo, where to find it?

Hello, does anyone know where I can find some rubedo? I need it for making an oil, and i can't find it anywhere, not even dismantling things...

i found it on skellige
the substance and the recipe.
you get a quest to kill 3 bandit brothers and i think in the cave you find them, named "Grotto,"
on Ard Skellige, either you get it there or the recipe.
you can get everything for the recipe in Kaer Trolde village at the herbalist and inn

I have it on ransacking Velen and Novigrad, but don't know the exact location. Try Alchemist merchant. They could sell it tho.

Now, can someone tell me where can I find REBIS ? It's icon is yellow powder.

need to craft it , costs quite some mats though.

Oh yeah, I mean I got the Recipe for crafting Rubedo, not acquire the item through loot.
