I too wandered about this. I choose Boudoir as I thought this would match a cabaret style better.
Dandelion slightly complained that he had wanted something more theatrical. So I suppose that letting the lady chose (because theatre will be her choice) is the best option.
Honestly I am not entirely sure what visual changes your choice of design entails.
However I am about to re-run this to find out.
To me this is a statement of the game's quality; that I actually care enough to find out about this kind of diddly-ass minor change.
Of course another statement for the game's narrative and ludic mastery is how this quests works with the next one...
If I am able or if you care to find out i will notify you of what changes.
Although... I am a user of the downloaded version of steam and I am not sure if they share the discussions or if the two are separate.
Edit; I've checked and it is as i'd though. This discussion does not appear on my steam.
A bizzare design choice for a community - to disallow parts of community on different steam services to converse with one another at ease.
Yea but you can tell him that it was her choice and then he's like "oh yea sure I was wrong this is totally perfect, like".
Funny. When I let her decide she took the Theater type.
Thinking i was buggered with an unhappy Dandelion, i loaded one last time - keeping in mind the last 3 were loaded 10 seconds prior from just outside the door - nothing possible could have been altered. To my shock, THEATRE.
It IS in fact random! Didnt change a damn thing and she chose 2 different options out of 3 game save loads.
Maybe connected to whether you chose Priscilla to play the role of princess or not? Sigh...yet another reason to run through the Novigrad bit. I like it.
(unless you actually loaded the same exact save three times)
Dude welcome to the real life, its called "Women".
