Where to find Hybrid Oil?

I've read on a few different forums in search of the answer to this question. In one of them, one guy said that he got it from Keira, but ............................... I sent Keira back to Kaer Morhen before I could buy it, and now I am several 10s of hours further in the story, and I have never found this hybrid oil. I have the enhanced hybrid oil but without the basic one I can't craft the enhanced one...
So does anybody know where to find the hybrid oil, except from Keira?

I was just about to leave the same comment as Takai here as I just found it with Jonna in Rannvaig too.

Perfect. She also sells vampire and elementa oil if anyone missed those formulas.

You can find Hybrid Oil in the highest tower at Crow's Perch, the residence of the Bloody Baron. It's a bit tricky to get up there though. A lot of jumping and stuff.

Google 'witcher 3 oils' top link perhaps helps. Chest drops also seem to be lvl dependent.

Late addition. I managed to find the Hybrid oil in the cave underneath Crow's Perch, which you access in the garden behind the baron's house (there is a well you can go down into). The chest I found it in was underwater.

I found a Hybrid Oil recipe in the basement of a building which is located next to the windmill where you first fight the Griffin in White Orchard.

You need to use Aard to access the basement
