No, though something interesting does happen if you kill him.

Not really, I would say what happens but I don't want to spoil anything, even if it is something extremely miniscule.

You can simply use the Tag so those who are concerned can avoid it. I for one would like to know, killed him myself but didnt notice any consequences so far... except, obviously, for the world being a tiny little bit better with this piece of sh!t no longer staining it.

When I killed him one of my secondary quest failed, but honestly after seeing all those bodies, it wasn't a hard choice to make.

It's pretty much a witcher's duty, really. Though you should ask someone with a dislike for the guy to give you a copper, since witchers dont work for free. Guess shouldn't be that hard to find.

This is if you let him live.
He gets kicked out from the big four, and ends up on the streets, so he still lives just not nicely.

If you kill him
Dudu ends up using him as a cover and pretending to be Whoreson Junior, but since Dudu is a nice guy he doesn't do the illegal trade and such, and instead sold his casino, and is only doing legit trade, and making Whoreson Juniors public image look better to.

Huh, when does that happen?

I met Dudu in the main quest, but so far he's just chilling in a halfling form, not doing anything much.

Not until after you find Ciri, it's towards the very end of the game, before you head back to Skellige, Ciri asks you to help her do some stuff in Novigrad. She goes around town thanking those that helped her, but first she wants to pay whoreson junior a visit, if you killed him you bring up that he's dead, that you stuck your sword into him, and Ciri then tells you that she's heard he's still alive and for you to follow her to his house. You get there and at first they make you think it's whoreson junior, but just as Ceri is about to kill him, Dudu tells you to stop, because he is Dudu.
