Potions Restock

How to restock the potions and bombs, i used some, and cant make more its just 0/3 in the inventory?

You need to find schematics for said bombs to begin with...either merchant bought or loot drop. You'll find one soon enough, just explore, loot everything and check merchant inventory.

Strong alcohol works for restocking all your supplies OP.

I found this method of item restocking a bit odd. Its kind of convenient to replenish everything at once, but it forces you to do so any time you meditate. Also how does alcohol replenish bombs?

so the alcohol that you use where is it located in your inventory? and does meditating consume that alcohol or do you just have to have that alcohol present only?

It has to be strong alcohol beer, for example, won't work or rather I haven't found any beer that will work in my travels. It has to be in your inventory, yes

I liked Witcher 2's method better of how it handled replenishment, oh well.

To be specific you need the item Alcohest, or a few other select strong spirits. Only one is used per meditation, and it will refill ALL your potions and bombs (Oils are infinitley reusable without meditaion). I believe they are under the ingredients tab. I guess the good thing is this means I don't have to hold on to ridiculous quantities of herbs all the time.

Bombs need bomb recipes, but potions restock when meditating just by having all the correct ingredients?

No both bombs and potions restock when you meditate provided you have strong alcohol in your inventory.
