Rosemary & Thyme location (Forgot where it was)

Anyone remember exactly where this was in Novigrad I did all the missions for it already and the map should really remember where que points were

Need to see if I can send Zolton to Kare Morhen but I just completely forgot where the place was and its been to long since I visited it last. Guide says this

Zolton Chivay – Rosemary and Thyme – just ask!

So if anyone knows atleast which section of Novigrad it was in, or near which Sign post teleporter, would be helpful.

Run through the city gate at "Gate of the Hierarch" it's on the right side.

Yeah I think I noticed he changed the name of the taven or something cause its something diff now, but I finally found Zoltan he still won't go to Kar Morhen though maby later in the story
