How do you get inside it? I've been trying and I can't find a way

there a underwater tunnel that leads underneath then you climb up. the tunnel is near the bridge

I just did a running jump across the drawbridge gap (instead of falling like you'd expect there is enough of a ledge to stand on) then I jumped to the right across the rocks/low wall. *shrug*

Sometimes the simplest solution is the best. ;)

If it's the one i'm thinking of you can also climb up the rocks above the place of power and scale the side of the ruins until you get inside.

yeah that worked the first time but the dragon thing knocked me off

also, if you glitch your way in, you may miss the chest right when you surface in the tunnel

More specifically the entrance is just under the place of power in the water.
