NPC Spawn problem
Haven't had an issue with this game at all up until now....NPCs in villages are spawning in like right as I get to them...this hasn't been happening till now

Anyway to fix this?

I have the same problem it's really annoying.It breaks immersion for me.

You mean they don't show up until you are standing right in front of them? I have had this too, but so far only in one very tiny part of the map: that abandoned shrine south of White Orchard where the herbalist is.
